Who loves Ya Baby!!




Once again I traveled up to see my nephew Satchel. What can I say?? I love babies. You apparently know that.......I had 8 of them with my hubby Dave.

Anyway. This baby is just such a miracle. He is almost 6 pounds now and when I saw him on Saturday he was wide awake and we had a very in depth conversation about how much I adore him.

Sigh. It's good to be at the age where I know that I should just spoil everyone else's baby and then send them home!

I know you wouldn't believe I love Chocolate just to look at me.....BUT I do. It is the downfall of my life. Here is the stash I have right now to get me by til Valentines Day.

Someone call the Jenny Craig Mobile for me! I've fallen off the diet wagon and I can't get back on!!.........Quick!! Someone come up with a good reason I should start exercising regularly again and I'll send this sinful stuff to YOU!!

Against the odds.



I am trying out for a Guest DT position and one of the requirements was to do a layout with a Valentines theme. I looked at this picture forever knowing I wanted to do something to reflect how we have beat the odds on marriage.......we have been together 22 years. Finally I came up with the idea to use cards......you know like "Vegas and gambling" I thought using the King and Queen of hearts would kinda get that theme across. I like how it turned out.
